CIMA brings together three Russell Group universities, each with world-class research infrastructure, facilities and resources for basic science research, pre-clinical and clinical research into ageing and the musculoskeletal system. CIMA researchers benefit from shared access to high-end technology and expertise, access to model systems that cover the musculoskeletal system as a whole, and clinical expertise and resources not available in any single institution.
