This section is dedicated to giving our Post Doctoral Researchers all of the support and information they need to ensure that they are able to carry out their research effectively.

Post-Doc Development Bursaries- CURRENTLY CLOSED

We happy to announce the launch of the CIMA post-doctoral development bursary. The purpose of this award is to advance the careers of CIMA post-doctoral researchers by providing funding for training opportunities. 

Applicants can request a maximum of £500, to attend a workshop or other organised event that will support career development and training. This does not have to be a classically academic route but does need to be justified. Applicants can also request funds in the region of £5,000 to undertake some research that will enhance their skills portfolio and may generate preliminary data for a fellowship or funding application.

CIMA Post Doc Travel Bursary - CURRENTLY CLOSED

Up to £500 is available for CIMA Post Doctoral Researchers to apply for to support travel to conferences, meetings and any other research events. Applicants must be sure to outline the career benefit in the event when applying.
